Service Writer
LAUNCH TransTechs is seeking a Service Writer to be responsible for invoices and manage shop inventory in Minooka, IL.Shift : M - F, 8 am - 4 : 30 pmPay : $15.
00 - $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
Job Duties and Responsibilities : Primary responsibility is to maintain control over inventory.Control parts distribution to mechanics and technicians.
Coordinate part orders, control inventory of parts, tires and stock part shelves.Maintain parts list and repair orders (ensure parts are charged out).
Maintain a clean and organized parts room.Responsible for entering all invoices (i.e. parts / outside repairs).Coordinate parts returns with the Warranty Department.
Track all EZ-Pass and Qualcomm.Handling DVCR from drivers.Assist Service Manager with scheduling work.Repair Order and Invoice Data entry.
Any other duties assigned to support activities.Qualifications and Requirements : The equivalent of High School Diploma or GED required.
1 years of related experience.Excel, Word Knowledge.Computer Data Entry Skills.Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
